A pottery workshop is a great way to get members making something with their hands together. We want you to own it end to end.

What to line up.

A studio or space with wheels or hand building supplies, plus an instructor if you are not teaching it yourself.
A date, a target headcount, and any materials cost per person.
A simple run of show: intro, the making, cleanup, and time to chat.
Coordination with the team on promotion and registration.

On the day, greet everyone, keep things on schedule, and make sure people leave with something they made and a good story.

Done when the workshop has happened and you have handed back a short note on what worked so we can run it again.
