Somatic Movement 🌿
After a full day at the desk, come move. This is a guided somatic movement session, slow and gentle, focused on releasing the tension that builds up from a day of sitting and thinking. It’s not a workout and it’s not a yoga class, just a calm hour of reconnecting with your body. All levels welcome, and it’s free.

About
🌿 Move after you work
Right after our coworking day at The Grateful Den, stick around for a free somatic movement session.
Somatic movement is slow, gentle, guided movement that helps you release tension and tune back into your body. It’s not a workout, and it’s not a yoga class. Think less about performing a pose, and more about feeling good in your body after a long day at the desk.
- 🧎 No experience or flexibility needed
- 🧦 Just wear something comfy you can move in
- 🕊️ Come as you are, leave a little lighter
Starts at 5pm at The Grateful Den. Free to join, just grab a spot.

The structure really helped me stay focused and be very productive. The built in check-ins make it feel sustainable. It's a mix of work and socializing that I don't always find on my own.

I started Creative Blocks because too much meaningful work gets postponed when you’re doing it alone. Some of my best work happened around people doing work they cared about, and that kind of focus is contagious.
Creative Blocks is my attempt at creating more rooms like that.
