I originally came to Creative Blocks because I thought I’d get more work done. I didn’t expect to meet people I’d genuinely want to spend time with outside the sessions. Turns out working alongside each other is a pretty good way to make friends.

I started Creative Blocks because too much meaningful work gets postponed when you’re doing it alone. Some of my best work happened around people doing work they cared about, and that kind of focus is contagious.
Creative Blocks is my attempt at creating more rooms like that.

Absolutely. Good friends, movie friends, and “I met them three days ago but they seem cool” friends are all welcome. Just make sure they sign up to the event since there's a limit for the amount of people allowed in the cinema room.
It's kind of a pot luck affair. Feel free to bring some food and/or drinks if you can, all good if you aren't able to. We'll get some popcorn though, nobody should watch a movie without popcorn.
Not really. The goal is simply to relax and enjoy a movie together. Conversations happen naturally, but this is meant to be a social hangout, no LinkedIn vibes please 🙏
The cinema room is located inside the common amenities area of a residential building. You’ll already have the address from the event details. Once you arrive, we’ll help point you in the right direction 🎬😄
